Refuse taking any alcoholic beverage. Up to a couple of days before receiving your treatment, it's a good idea to say no to alcohol. That's because it can also cause thinning of your blood. In addition, experts say that the intake of alcohol can lead to unnecessary bruising.

Stay away from a cup of coffee. Before you go to the establishment, remember to avoid having coffee or something else that has caffeine in it. That's because its caffeine content can stimulate the nervous system. Even if a numbing cream is applied before the treatment is begun, a nervous system that's stimulated can leave you in a lot of discomfort.
