You think your state right now is safe like always? No. With crimes still not being eliminated here in this world, one must not really be complacent always. Monsters are still lurking around casually in a form of human beings. Things may not usually go as you expected. And in the next second, you suddenly got surprised when someone suddenly choked you and stabbed your chest repeatedly. You certainly have watched some action or suspense-thriller movies wherein a woman is suddenly being chased by an assailant. Or perhaps a scene shows that a female character was beating up a goon who was trying to kidnap her. As you watch it, you probably think that following what those characters do will work well with you in case you will face that same situation as theirs.

However, a real life situation is certainly not the same on what you have seen in those films. In reality, those moves are quite predictable already for those assailants. So whenever you try kicking their balls, they can just block that area, grab your legs and now a red alarm is now alerting your system.

Perhaps most would say that fighting is the way of defending yourself. But on that situation where you are certainly being cornered, fighting is not the greatest option. So what is certainly the right to do about it? Of course, talking with that attacker may not really result to a nicer outcome.

Another no. Again, most of them are not that kind. And if you run into a psychopath, negotiating with them is already out of your option. But never feel hopeless about it. In fact there are still ways on how to defend yourself from them. And one of that is learning some type or martial arts.

As what other people have observed, the common targets of criminals are usually females and children. Perhaps it has something to do with their strength. Unlike men, women as well as children are kind of weak physically to fight back. With that, you might also be in peril as well as your children.

Martial arts like boxing, taekwondo, karatedo and many others can certainly teach you some techniques on defending yourself. Not only that, it also can help you in improving your mental concentration. Women who like to lose weight will find this a perfect method.

Martial arts do teach you on how to be calmer and more concentrated on situations. That way, you would not be reckless on your actions which might harm you in return. Aside from that, trust your intuition if you feel like someone is following you. Go to some crowded place and somewhere safer.

Your environment might not be safe. With that, being careful and alert is very important. Aside from that, prevent yourself from going to some places where you think are not safe to go. Choose the safest route and danger will be avoided.
