It is never a good experience to be separated by your kids for the rest of your life because of something like this. The first step is to face your fears and to begin talking to others who have faced these kinds of situations in their lives. It can make such a difference knowing that you are not alone in the world.

By the end of these sessions, couples should no longer feel ashamed of themselves since this is not something that they are responsible. It is a choice that kids have made on their own.
